Ahh yes, Sunday's sundae. Here's the deal: I work out regularly. I've spent more time than any human should on an elliptical. I monitor my caloric intake. This all goes out the window on Sundays. That's because I construct a colossal sundae to reward myself. It's like the Palace of Versailles made out of frozen cream. Every week it sets me back, and every week I eat it on the couch wearing nothing but these Ball Hammocks®.
