Sweet Brine O' Mine World Champion Pork Injection

The Pork Injection used by World Champion BBQ Team Sweet Swine O' Mine. This powder is mixed with water and used to inject or soak your pork or chicken. It combines traditional BBQ flavors with the competition BBQ science. In 2015, it produced a 2nd place pork at Memphis in May and 1st place pork at the World Food Championships.
