Smokey: Italian Roast From Brazil

Smokey is our true dark roast, an Italian roast from Brazil with smokey, brown sugar, and dark chocolate notes. We held out on dark roasts until we could make one we were proud of: all the oomph, none of the oily, bitter aftertaste. Named after Smokey, rescued from a box in the snow in 2017. Every 12 oz bag feeds a shelter cat for a week.
