PVC 2"x3" USA FLAG PATCH for Tactical Cap

Another fun patch for some of our loyal customers.

We had many requests for some PVC-Rubber patches and we went all in with our 2"x3" USA to perfectly fit our Tactical Caps.

The PVC looks great and wont snag against other fastener hook.
