As a blend that dates back centuries, Mocha Java is a staple in the coffee industry. While commonly associated with chocolate, the name actually stems from the Yemen Mocha region. This flavorful blend features intense spices and fruitiness, with notes of bittersweet chocolate and berries. Thanks to the high percentage of naturally processed coffee, it boasts a strong sweetness and fruity profile.

Blend notes: Our Sumatran coffee forms the foundation of this medium roast, known for its bold flavor and the distinct earthy, lightly spiced notes common in Indonesian coffees. Additionally, the blend is enhanced with Ethiopian coffee, adding a bright citrus sweetness and a heightened level of acidity and flavor.
