Your daily practice
Each time you touch your pendant, take one slow breath: five seconds in, five seconds out. Breathing at this pace is one of the most studied ways to raise heart rate variability, a measure of how well your nervous system adapts. Your pendant becomes your cue to return to that rhythm, dozens of times a day.
Grounding, if you'd like to make it a ritual
Some people like to set their pendant on the bare earth for a few minutes now and then, the way you might set a stone out in the sun. It's an optional practice you can make your own, not maintenance.
