Grown in the high-altitude region of Letefoho in Ermera, East Timor, this exceptional single origin coffee reflects the rugged terrain and rich agricultural heritage of one of the world’s most unique coffee-producing regions. Cultivated by smallholder farmers at elevations up to 1,900 meters, these beans are carefully washed and processed to preserve clarity, structure, and balance.
In the cup, this coffee presents a refined and nuanced profile. Delicate notes of green tea and mild cocoa are layered with cooked fruit and pecan, creating a soft, complex sweetness. A bright, tart acidity adds liveliness, while the finish remains clean, smooth, and structured.
Roasted to highlight its natural character, this is a coffee for those who appreciate subtlety, elegance, and a true expression of origin.
