Cured Sumac

Cured Sumac is a scarlet-hued spice that is widely used in Middle Eastern cuisines. It is preferred to lemon, tamarind and vinegar for its fresh, zesty flavor. It's also one of the the main ingredients used in Zaatar seasoning.
