CHADD UAV Anti-Reflection Device
The CHADD (Covert High Altitude Diffusion Device) is an aerial concealment system from Covert Arms for UAS mounted optics that was engineered to counter a wide spectrum of next generation aperture detection and electronic warfare systems.
At its core is a tapered multi-hex architecture that diffuses reflected light and mitigates lens refraction across a wide band of observation angles; without disrupting gimbal movement or degrading the image clarity of its host aircraft. The CHADD also enhances optical performance in bright, high-exposure environments, preserving clear imagery in highly reflective arid, arctic, and maritime settings.
