At Old Salt Coffee, we believe excellence at the cup begins with integrity at the source. That’s why our coffees are intentionally sourced from smallholder farmers and co-ops, with a focus on sustainability and direct relationships whenever possible. By investing in the people who grow our coffee, we ensure each purchase has a positive impact that endures beyond the harvest.

That same spirit of craftsmanship and resilience defines the U.S. Navy Seabees—the Builders who live by the motto “Can Do!” Since 1942, Seabees have constructed airstrips, bases, and roads in war zones and disaster areas alike, often under fire and always under pressure. Their ingenuity and determination turn the impossible into the accomplished, leaving behind not just structures, but legacies of hope and strength.

That pride in building something lasting lives in Can-Do! Brew—a bourbon-barrel-aged Colombian coffee grown on the El Vergel Estate in Tolima, Colombia. Before roasting, the green coffee rests in freshly emptied bourbon barrels for five to seven days, absorbing deep vanilla, oak, and caramel notes that bloom beautifully in the cup.

With flavors of creamy vanilla, toasted oak, and almond-praline sweetness layered over a rich, syrupy body, it’s a bold, refined coffee that reflects the Seabee spirit: resilient, resourceful, and always ready.
