I never received my order I’ve tracked it and it’s going all over the country
Shipping Company USPS had package going all over the place and in wrong direction when we were alerted. Finally got back on track and was delivered. We have reach out to customer by email to verify delivery. Shipping company issue was out of our control and customer didn't reach out about issue. We didn't know till review hit that there was an issue. We pride ourselves on customer service and would have investigated and even sent a new item out. Which ever option customer would have informed us they would have wanted us to do. We want to thank cutomer for shopping with us and would have worked togther to resolve issue with USPS if we were notified.
